I am a new comer to Finland as I have stayed here only 1 year. Environment and culture is different from where I come from. My work background was about logistic and export which was more concerned to customers in term of after sales and services. Anyhow, OP Helsinki people are nice, friendly and helpful so that it is not too difficult for me to start this new challenge.

Firstly, OP Helsinki's customer service experts explained me from their experiences on bank products such as insurance, mobile banking application, loaning and investment etc. until I was confident and understood enough to explain these information to customers related to our work projects.

After that I had “calling project” to customers who visited bank previously. Then, followed by “International week” events in 5 branches: Mikonkatu, Aleksi, Sello, Myyrmäki and Itäkeskus and join “Lux Helsinki” event.

I also have had a chance to give feedback and suggestions for improvement customer service and the events. I hope OP Helsinki bank will serve their customers, especially international customers, better in the future to get more international customers coming to OP.

I had a really great time and experience at OP Helsinki, which definitely engrave in my life and career path.
